Meezan Justuju: A Quest for Islamic Finance Leaders! Batch 03 (Karachi)- A Talent Development Program by Meezan Bank and IBA-CEIF

Meezan Bank Limited, Pakistan’s premier Islamic Bank and IBA Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF) are jointly offering the Islamic Finance Talent Development Program – Meezan Justuju Batch 3 for aspiring fresh graduates, aiming to help them develop and excel in Islamic Finance Industry.

The Islamic Finance sector is the fastest growing segment of the financial industry, offering immense career growth potential and professional development opportunities for fresh graduates both locally and globally.

Every year, the industry requires fresh graduates with a strong conceptual foundation and product-level understanding of Islamic finance. The Certification Course consists of 42 hours of in-person classes held on weekdays (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), meticulously designed to provide comprehensive insights into Islamic Finance.

The program combines Islamic Finance principles with their practical implementations, guided by senior industry experts.

Screening Criteria

  • Candidates must participate in the written test and qualify, demonstrating their critical thinking, general knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Successful candidates, shortlisted on the basis of written test and panel interview meeting eligibility criteria will be offered Certification Course from IBA-CEIF Karachi, fully sponsored by Meezan Bank.

Age Limit

  • The age limit is from 20 to 30 years.
  • One-year age relaxation is applicable for Hafiz-e-Quran, differently-abled persons and students who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami/ Shahadat ul Alamiyah from a HEC recognized board.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh and unemployed graduates for this exclusive course must hold a minimum educational qualification of 16 years in any discipline from a reputable university/institute recognized by HEC and currently reside in Karachi.
