Islamic banking has grown very rapidly in Pakistan but people are generally not clear on the concepts on which it is based. The main objective of this seminar was to create better awareness about Islamic Banking, dispel the misunderstandings about it and give access to the general public to the key people in the Islamic Banking sector for one-on-one discussions, answering queries and developing a better understanding of the concepts of Islamic finance. Participating in such seminars is in line with Meezan Bank’s vision of making Islamic Banking as Banking of First Choice and educating all levels of society about the benefits of Islamic Banking.
